Name Origin

"We" in the Inclusive Sense

In Tupi-Guarani languages, there are two words for “we.”

Ore means we — but not you. It is the exclusive plural. The boundary. The inside group talking about the outside world.

Ñande — also written iandé or iandê — means we, all of us together. You, me, and everyone in the room. It is the inclusive plural. No walls. No separation between the one who builds and the one who needs.

The Architectural Choice

We chose the inclusive form. That choice is not philosophy. It is architecture. It defines how we work, what we build, and who we become alongside our clients.

The Two Forms

FormMeaning
oreWe (exclusive) — us, not you
ñande / iandéWe (inclusive) — you + me + others

Deeper Meanings

ianécoéma

"Our morning" — not my morning, not your morning

Time itself is shared. Value emerges from interaction.

iandé (constellation)

The Tupi name for Orion — stars used to navigate seasons, planting, harvest

Shared orientation. A common frame of reference for collective action.

yandê

"A great we" — the broadest form of inclusive plural

The community is always part of the system. Open source is ñande made operational.

IANDE does not deliver solutions to clients. IANDE builds solutions with them.

Founding Manifesto

What We Hold to Be True

We believe the enterprise is broken in a specific way. Not because it lacks technology. Because it has too much of it — disconnected, layered, siloed, and decaying under its own weight.

01

The point of AI is not to remove humans from decisions. It is to make human decisions faster, better-informed, and more adaptive. We build systems that preserve human authority while amplifying human reach. If an AI system erases accountability, it has failed — no matter how impressive the demo.

02

No single tool, model, platform, or person creates value alone. Value comes from how things connect — people to systems, data to decisions, strategy to execution, this quarter to next year. We think in relationships, feedback loops, and emergent behavior. We reject the cult of the isolated feature.

03

Nothing we build is meant to be static. Organizations change. Markets shift. Models improve. Regulations tighten. The systems we design are built to learn, adapt, and evolve alongside the people and businesses they serve.

04

We work across Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft, Anthropic, and open-weight models — not because we resell their products, but because our clients already live inside these ecosystems. Our job is orchestration: making the pieces work together without creating a new dependency. When we leave, the client is stronger, not more locked-in.

The problem was never a shortage of intelligence. The problem is a shortage of coherence.

What We Refuse

We refuse to build AI that nobody uses.

We refuse to produce strategy decks that end in a drawer.

We refuse to hand off to third parties what we promised to deliver.

We refuse to call a demo "production."

We refuse to treat governance as an afterthought.

We refuse to pretend complexity doesn't exist.

We refuse the theater of innovation without the discipline of engineering.

We Exist to Make Complex Systems Coherent

Brand Pillars

Four Design Constraints

Four core principles that guide every decision, design, and deployment.

01

Inclusivity of Capability

Value emerges from interaction — people, systems, data, and time. It is never isolated.

02

Co-Evolution

Systems learn. Teams learn. The operating model evolves. Nothing is static.

03

Agency Preservation

AI increases human authority and speed — it does not erase accountability.

04

Systemic Thinking

Focus on behaviors, feedback loops, and emergence — not just isolated features.

Core Value Proposition

AI as Shared Operational Capacity

AI is not automation theater. It is shared operational capacity that preserves human authority.

01

Integrate AI safely into mission-critical systems

02

Extract real value from complex platform stacks

03

Respond to change faster than traditional system integrators

04

Experiment without breaking governance

05

Convert prototypes into operational capability (not demos)

Clear Boundaries

What IANDE Is (and Is Not)

Defining what we are not is as important as defining what we are.

What we are

Human-in-the-loop by design

Context-aware and adaptive

Built for long-term system evolution

Platform-integrated (not AI glued on top)

Open by default — frameworks, research, and tools shared with the ecosystem

Community-reinforced — adoption built through contribution, not just marketing

What we are not

A black-box AI vendor

A generic SaaS feature factory

"AI for AI's sake"

A vendor-locked system integrator

A closed ecosystem — we do not hoard knowledge or create proprietary lock-in

Open-source without enterprise rigor — our OSS is production-tested, not experimental
